breathtaking

FredComm worked with Clay County Public Health (CCPH) and its regional partners in the Smoke-Free Air for Everyone (SAFE) Coalition to heighten awareness regarding the dangers of secondhand smoke exposure and encourage grassroots activism. Over a two-year period, we used the anniversaries of the adoption of a smoke-free workplace ordinance in Moorhead, Minn. as a platform for educational and grassroots organizational campaigns aimed at strengthening and extending the ordinance. CCPH engaged us for a third year for a third campaign highlighting the release of the U.S. Surgeon General’s report, “The Health Effects of Secondhand Smoke,” in 2006.
